To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, we have generous fair use thresholds that the vast majority of users will never reach. Yes. Your birth data and chat conversations are stored securely on servers in the EU. We do not sell your personal data. Chat messages are sent to the AI model provider for processing but are not used to train their models. We use essential authentication cookies plus Cloudflare Web Analytics and advertising measurement tools. Public pages may send page-view, page-visit, or video-view events to advertising partners, while Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregated page usage and performance metrics. Dashboard visits may also send page-view events. Hashed identifiers are only used after a signed-in dashboard session is confirmed and for signup or purchase conversions. We do not send birth data or chat contents to ad platforms. You can delete any person record or conversation at any time from the dashboard, and deleting your account removes all your data. We use JPL ephemeris DE421 data — the same planetary positions used in professional astronomy software — to pinpoint gate, line, color, tone, and base for all 13 celestial bodies in both your personality (birth) and design (88° solar arc) charts. Results have been verified against established Human Design software.
